Panbesy, duromine & Garbaslim from Dr Keith Ong. Day 1

Rebecca reminded me Trace would be getting engage soon (that's like 2 months ago). She'll be the first from our group to take the purge. Ok, that's not like marriage , but it's close right? They even have applied for the flat. The celebration will be held in Trace's condo club house. Theme would be pink & white, meaning we must all wear these colors, her favorite. Ron that's her other half's favorite color is black .... & no way she's going to allow that color into the celebration that night! Besides, is black even a color- it's more of a void of colors !

Anyway we are all busy getting ready. Since then, we've all gotten our clothes. Hmm... pink is not really my favorite, but it's ok. We'll all have our hair down, straight- all of us! Rebecca wanted to lose weight, Trace too, me too...oh no all of us wanted to lose weight!

Rebecca suggest we go see my doctor Dr Keith Ong for help. Timeline is 2 months, in that time we must be perfect. "I don't want a fat & bloated face to be in any pictures!" well that's Trace exact words!

So last week all of us piled into Rebecca's car & we drove up to Orchard to see Dr Keith Ong. Since Mandy is the heaviest, she's the spokesperson. Dr Keith Ong is my doctor, I go to him for everything, he's great! Mandy pointed to Trace & tell Dr Keith , its' Trace's engagement party & we need to lost weight! Yes just like that!

1) Panbesy & Duromine: these are slimming medicine. Prescribed to Mandy but she's sharing with us ....lol.. There's side effects. We experienced different ones. But all of us feel the same dryness of mouth, & needs to drink more water. Shortness of breathe -don't worry that don't last. Heart beat going faster, again that don't last. Some of us have insomnia, I dont ...yay.... Only Rebecca has headache but I reckon it's because she refuse to eat anything! After being scolded by us, & resume food, she felt fine! All of us only try it for 3 days. Only Mandy whose really heavy would be taking the whole dose of 2 months.

2) Garbaslim (fat burner): I've read good reviews for it. So all of us got 2 bottles, just right -2 months supply. There's no side effects. But it does one incredible thing, it helps you to poo poo! Rebecca quickly text to tell me the good news the very next day ....lol....We all love it! With all the junk out of the system, we all indeed weigh much lighter.
