Me only taking Garbaslim lost 3 kg!! I'm not fat ok !! That's how effective it has been! Of course nothing is a miracle. There is a trick!
1. Please don't drink water all the time, especially when you are not thirsty. Excess water leads to bloatness & you'll look awful in pictures. Like a bun! And you'll hate yourself & wish you didn't take so many pictures. Also you are over working your kidneys & they'll hate you!
2. Please don't starve yourself. With no food ,you'll get grumpy & that'll be hell for everyone around you. Do eat, but lesser.
3. Cut down on all junk food if possible. Can eat some chocolate, it makes me feel happy:)
4. Cut down on soft drinks (they are sweet & fattening) . Dr Keith recommend isotonic drinks. They give you energy.
5. Don't eat fruits (they are too sweet ). Take vegetables to replace. My grandma says fruits makes you weak! Unless it's durian, then your breath might stink up the place !
6. Don't eat fried or deep fried food, reason is obvious. They'll clot your arteries I think ...lol.. (but don't code me)
